Repairing your unit - begins by submitting the form below. More information on procedures and pricing can be found on the Service & Pricing page.

1. Please fill out and submit the Customer Information Form below and we will send you an email with mailing instructions.
2. You can then send us your unit by mail.
3. We will run diagnostics on your unit and email you a free quote.
4. After you approve the work (accept the quoted price) we will fix your unit.
5. Once repaired, we send you a report of what was done to the unit, a tentative return-tracking number and an invoice.
6. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship the unit back to you.
